Hi, I’m Rachel! Registered Dietitian, Certified LEAP Therapist, writer, blogger, wife, dog mom, and die hard foodie.

I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition. I completed the Dietetic Internship at Iowa State University in 2015 and obtained my Masters Degree a year later. Most recently, I became a Certified LEAP Therapist. Prior to starting my own private practice, I worked as a clinical dietitian for two of the largest hospitals in Central Arkansas, and as a community dietitian for the Arkansas Department of Health. I have experience working with patients who have a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, gastrointestinal disorders, cancer, renal failure, and more.

Whenever I’m not busy working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places, trying new restaurants, baking, and playing with my Havanese, Benny.

I love helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. So, if you’ve just been diagnosed with a condition and you need guidance with your diet, or if you are just looking to improve your eating patterns and lose weight, I’m excited to help you start your journey!
